This policy sets out the conditions under which you may use the Vivimate IPTV service. Please review it carefully — your continued use of the platform confirms your agreement to these terms.
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the standards of conduct required of all Vivimate IPTV subscribers. When you activate your subscription, you agree to abide by this policy in full. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without eligibility for a refund.
2. Permitted Use
Your Vivimate IPTV subscription is licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial household use. Within those limits, you are entitled to: • Stream any content available on the platform for your own private viewing • Use the service on the number of simultaneous connections covered by your plan • Access the full channel lineup and VOD library included in your subscription tier
3. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited: • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing your account or access to the service • Sharing your login credentials with individuals outside your household • Using the service in any commercial context — including venues, short-term rentals, or business premises • Attempting to circumvent, disable, or bypass any technical protection measure • Publicly broadcasting or displaying copyrighted content accessed through the service • Deploying bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the platform • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the service
4. Account Sharing
Each subscription permits only the number of simultaneous streams specified in your chosen plan. If you require more concurrent connections, a multi-connection plan is available. Accounts detected sharing credentials with users outside the household will be terminated without prior warning and without refund. We actively monitor concurrent connection activity and access patterns.
5. Commercial Use
It is strictly prohibited to use Vivimate IPTV in any commercial environment — including but not limited to bars, restaurants, hotels, Airbnb properties, offices, or any public or semi-public space. A personal-use licence does not extend to these scenarios under any circumstances. If you require a commercial licence, contact us via WhatsApp to discuss available options.
6. Enforcement
Vivimate IPTV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP violations are not covered by our Refund Policy and are not eligible for any form of compensation.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of misuse of the service — including credential sharing or commercial deployment — please report it via WhatsApp or email at contact@vivimateiptv.com. All reports are reviewed confidentially and acted upon promptly.
8. Changes
We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without individual notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after any update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
