MAG Box Troubleshooting
❓ Portal URL isn't working
Double-check that you copied the entire URL without any leading or trailing spaces.
❓ Being asked for a MAC address
Your MAG box MAC address is under Settings → System Information → MAC address. Share it with us and we'll activate your account.
❓ Channels missing after reboot
Try a factory reset — Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset — then re-enter the portal URL from scratch.
