How to Set Up IPTV on MAG Box

MAG boxes work differently from every other device here: they use a portal URL rather than an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login, and your provider has to register the box's MAC address before anything will load. Enter the portal address in the box's settings, reboot, and the channel list appears. If it does not, the MAC almost always has not been added at the provider's end — that is a support request, not a settings problem.

MAG devices run on a Stalker Portal system — paste your Vivimate portal URL into the settings once, reboot, and your channels appear automatically. No apps to install, no credentials to type repeatedly.

MAG Box Setup Steps

1Turn on your MAG box and let it finish booting to the home screen.
2Press the Setup button on your remote (or open the Settings menu).
3Go to System Settings → Servers → Stalker Portal.
4In the Portal 1 Name field, type: Vivimate
5In the Portal 1 URL field, paste your Vivimate portal URL (sent to you via WhatsApp at purchase).
6Press OK and back out to the main menu.
7Navigate to System Settings → Reboot to restart your MAG box.
8After the reboot your Vivimate channels load on the home screen automatically.

💡 Your Portal URL is not the same as your Xtream Codes login. Ask for it specifically when you message us on WhatsApp.

MAG Box Troubleshooting

❓ Portal URL isn't working

Double-check that you copied the entire URL without any leading or trailing spaces.

❓ Being asked for a MAC address

Your MAG box MAC address is under Settings → System Information → MAC address. Share it with us and we'll activate your account.

❓ Channels missing after reboot

Try a factory reset — Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset — then re-enter the portal URL from scratch.
