Try Before You Subscribe
We provide every prospective customer with a free 24-hour trial so you can fully evaluate the service before committing. Because Vivimate IPTV delivers a digital product, refunds on active subscriptions are generally not available once your account has been set up and credentials delivered.
Technical Issues
If you experience a persistent technical problem, our 24/7 support team will work to resolve it within 48 hours of your report. In situations where the issue is confirmed to originate from our infrastructure and cannot be resolved, a partial or proportional refund may be offered at our discretion.
Accidental Purchase
Refund requests made on the basis of an accidental purchase must be submitted within 2 hours of completing payment and before any streaming activity has taken place on the account. Requests received outside this window or after content has been accessed will not be eligible.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for change of mind after use, for connectivity or buffering problems caused by your local internet connection or ISP, or for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for policy violations.
