Vivimate IPTV

DMCA Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Vivimate IPTV takes copyright law seriously. This policy explains the procedures we follow when we receive DMCA takedown requests, and how affected parties may respond through the counter-notice process.

1. Overview

Vivimate IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders, and we expect all users of our platform to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable United States copyright law, we will promptly investigate and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Designated DMCA Agent

Copyright infringement notices should be directed to our designated DMCA agent: Email: dmca@vivimateiptv.com WhatsApp: +1 307 424 2402 Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line of your email so the message is routed correctly.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

For a takedown notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following: 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their duly authorized representative. 2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work or works you believe have been infringed. 3. Specific identification of the material alleged to be infringing, including sufficient detail to locate it within our service. 4. Your contact details — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law. 6. A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are legally authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes: 1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed due to error or misidentification. 4. Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number. 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Provided no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is Vivimate IPTV's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Accounts identified as repeatedly or willfully circumventing copyright protection will be permanently suspended without eligibility for a refund.
