IPTV Channels Not Loading — 8 Fixes

Fix 1: Verify Your Login Credentials

Wrong credentials are the leading cause of channels failing to load. Open your IPTV app settings and double-check every character of your Server URL, Username, and Password — one wrong digit means no channels.

  2. 2Delete the existing entries for Server URL, Username, and Password.
  3. 3Copy and paste directly from your Vivimate IPTV activation message to rule out typos.

Fix 2: Confirm You Have a Working Internet Connection

IPTV requires a live internet connection. A Wi-Fi icon does not guarantee actual connectivity — the underlying connection can drop without the indicator updating.

  2. 2If the page loads, your connection is fine — the issue lies with credentials or the app.
  3. 3If it does not load, unplug your router for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and retest.

Fix 3: Force-Close and Restart the App

IPTV apps occasionally get stuck in a bad state that prevents channels from loading. A full force-close — not just pressing Back — usually resolves it.
