Samsung Smart TVs use Tizen OS and give you two paths to IPTV: installing directly from the Samsung App Store or using Developer Mode to sideload apps. Both methods work with Vivimate IPTV.

Method 1: Install SS IPTV from Samsung App Store (Easiest)
💡 SS IPTV is listed in the Samsung App Store — no Developer Mode or sideloading needed.
Method 2: Developer Mode (IPTV Smarters Pro)
💡 Developer Mode is intended for advanced users. For most people, Method 1 via SS IPTV is the faster and simpler choice.

❓ App not in Samsung Store
Try Method 2 (Developer Mode) or plug a Firestick into your Samsung TV's HDMI port as an alternative.
❓ Channels not loading
Test your connection speed. Samsung Smart TVs stream most reliably on a 5GHz Wi-Fi band or a direct Ethernet cable.
❓ Buffering on 4K channels
Verify 4K output is enabled in your TV settings and confirm your internet plan delivers 25 Mbps or more.
