This ranking is built from published specs, channel lineups and how each service positions itself — not a claim of independent lab testing. It's weighted toward the things that actually ruin an evening: channel depth, stream stability under peak load, on-demand library, device coverage, support responsiveness and price.
We load streams at the busiest moment of the local sporting week, not at a convenient hour. Frame drops, buffering and stream failures under real load decide most of the ranking.
A channel listed in the guide has to actually resolve and carry what the guide says it does. Padded lineups full of dead entries score badly however large the headline number.
Programme data has to match the broadcaster's published schedule. A guide that shows yesterday's listings is a daily annoyance that no channel count compensates for.

Live Sport
Volleyball is the sport that most distinguishes Poland from every other market covered on this site. The men's national team has been among the world's best for over a decade, PlusLiga is a genuinely professional domestic competition, and Polsat Sport's coverage of both draws audiences that exceed most Ekstraklasa fixtures. Ski jumping is the winter equivalent. TVP's coverage of the Four Hills Tournament and the World Cup circuit is appointment viewing across January, and the numbers are extraordinary. Speedway — żużel — runs its own professional league with dedicated broadcast coverage on Canal+ and Eleven, again with an audience that would surprise anyone unfamiliar with the market.
Football remains central. The Ekstraklasa sits with Canal+, the Champions League has been split between Polsat Sport Premium and streaming platforms, and the national team draws the largest single audiences of any Polish broadcast. A good Polish lineup carries all four sports broadcasters, and the test window is a January weekend with ski jumping and volleyball running simultaneously.

The Real Numbers
A Polish household following the Ekstraklasa, the Champions League, volleyball and the Premier League typically runs Canal+ plus a Polsat Box package plus Polsat Sport Premium — somewhere around PLN 160 to PLN 300 a month, plus the abonament RTV. Annualised, that is PLN 2,000 to PLN 3,600.
