Unauthorised distribution of copyrighted broadcasts is illegal, and Turkish enforcement is active: RTÜK regulates broadcast licensing including online services, and licensed rights holders pursue unauthorised streams aggressively, with site blocking a routine measure implemented through Turkish ISPs.
